This resource covers unit 5.1 from the Stimmt 2 textbook ‘Ich mag meinen Stil’, dealing with clothes and adjective agreements in the accusative case. 48 slides with vocabulary and exercises following closely pages 98 and 99 from the textbook including some additions to it. NOTE: look at the bottom of the slides (not in presentation mode) as sometimes there are instructions on what to do in each activity.

This resource covers unit 5.1 from the Stimmt 1 textbook ‘In der Stadt’, dealing with places in town (es gibt) and negatives (keinen/keine/kein). 50 slides with vocabulary and exercises following closely pages 98 and 99 from the textbook and including additions and variations to it. It includes a consolidation 36-card fun card game to play in pairs or small groups (all instructions in the notes pane). NOTE: for instructions on what to do in certain activities, look at the notes pane.

Mega bundle for Kapitel 4 "Schule ist klasse”, including all units (1-4) covering the topic of school subjects, teachers, classroom objects (and prepositions with dative case), and modal verb durfen describing school rules. An extensive (109 slides) powerpoint, containing plenty of activities both from the textbook and created by me, including a lot of extension tasks to stretch high attainers. A lesson based on the Mira 3 textbook (rojo), unit 5 ‘Hispanoamerica’. Please note that this bundle includes ONLY sub-units 5.1 “El mundo Hispano", 5.2 “Mi vida diaria” and 5.3 “El medio ambiente” as I never get to teach the other 2 topics. It includes a number of extra worksheets (grammar and reading comp.) that I created to extend the most able and for revision purposes.

A worksheet with a compilation of high frequency phrases in Spanish containing very common mistakes made by English speakers. These errors include: grammar, spelling, word order, gender and number agreements and omitted words. I devised this sheet to raise awareness among my students, with the objective that they won’t make these mistakes in their GCSE exam!! Answers included, at the end of the document. It should keep them busy for some time!

This resource includes a 35 slide ppt presentation I prepared to teach the new Edexcel International GCSE 9-1. What’s included: resources for Unit 4B: “School rules and pressures". This ppt touches on school rules (se debe, se puede, no se debe) and a bit at the end of school uniform basics: describing what you wear, what you think of it, talking about advantages and disadvantages of the uniform.
